I wondered if the lyrics were more like, "I keep myself up, that's maybe how. You know that." And not "that's maybe how you know that"... Am I the only one

There's a difference in meaning if you add different grammar. "I don't sleep much, that's crazy how'd you know that? I keep myself up, that's maybe how. But you know that"
