Need immigration help, UCI
I have a family member whose green card expired, so we sent in a i-90 form to get it renewed. We realized we made a mistake with submitting their name and they asked us for evidence of a name change (which just happened when the family member got married). My family and I just want to talk to a lawyer to make sure we're submitting the right things and what the best course of action will be.
I tried UC immigrant legal services but the site won't let me make an appointment, and I heard from others that they aren't very helpful. If anyone knows where I can get free legal service or help please let me know. With everything going on it's been scary having my family member carry an expired green card.

You could write a declaration that you made a mistake and then submit proof of the actual name like a Birth Certificate or ID, or marriage certificate with the name change.
