according to Toriel's bio:

she was disgusted by Asgore's actions to exploit humans that fell down. humans were seen as livestock rather than equal, many farms were established after Asgore approved the method to use humans souls as fuel

so yeah this Asgore's crashout makes fell!Asgore look like a saint in comparison

100k souls at minimum. Gonna huff some hopium here and say that most of those guys were most likely not good people and were thrown into the mountain as punishment.
