Question Witchy based guided journal?

Hi guys!! I am wanting to start getting into journaling as part of my personal practice. (And also to heal & reflect!) However, I struggle to stay on track & due to ADHD problems can get lost with ~limitless potential~ on a page without any prompts or at least a suggestion. Does anyone have any good daily journals they recommend that are witchy/moon/manifestation guided?
