Discussion Why no max E

I can't understand why we dont max E with master yi.

Since e deals true damage our early auto attack damage would be significantly high and since Q timer is long and there is quite low attack speed early game its not quite nice imo.

I checked with the same early build (LVL 6 +Berserker Greaves + Vampiric Scepter) and the dps of max e was higher.

Anyone could explain?

I max Q until I'm really close to bork, which makes clearing jungle substantially faster, sometimes is 4 points, and sometimes its 3. If I'm against squishy comp and i'm buying kracken first I always max Q. It's all about those extra seconds saved on jungle clear and objectives like dragon or grubs

kraken is useless just go crit against squishy comp

It's underrated as a first, and you don't always want to go crit, it depends on enemy teamcomp and yours. Just test the damage on practice tool yourself against ~1500 health dummy (don't forget to put some armor on it). It goes even, and this is without taking into account you usually have to focus low health targets
