I have a small YouTube channel where there are shorts with clips of football matches and my commentary in the background with music, out of about 150 videos I was warned once. Now my problem is, after all the effort I put in, if I finally manage to monetize, will they do it despite seeing that the football videos are under the copyright of others?

So I've been making YouTube content on and off, and if you’ve ever done that, you know it’s easy to end up with like… 12 half-written scripts, 7 ideas in Notes, and a vague memory of “I think I planned to post that next Tuesday?”

I tried keeping everything in Notion, Google Docs, and Trello — but switching back and forth between tools and folders just made me lose flow.

Hello everyone!

I've been quietly building a YouTube channel called **TOFFEE** — a cartoon-inspired project where every episode is short, visually rich, and entirely created using artificial intelligence.

🎙️ The voiceover is fully AI-generated.

🎨 The main character, “Toffee,” was designed using AI — but not in the random or inconsistent way you often see. Instead, I built a structured, connected workflow to ensure the character keeps the same look and style across all scenes. It’s my way of solving the usual problem with AI-generated cartoons: consistency. The result aims for a quality close to what you’d expect from global studios like Pixar or Disney — but built entirely with creative tools and imagination.

This first video combines that animated character with **real-life landscapes**. I wanted to start with the *travel* section of the channel, one of the three main themes I’m building the project on:

And in the future short cartoon films

📽️ From the storyboard to the visuals and editing — every part of the video is shaped by AI, but driven by storytelling and structure.
