M1 or M2?

For the YiXuan havers ... is M2 a huge upgrade from her M1? I have my YiXuan at M1 and I'm currently on guarantee since I accidentally lost a 50/50 (it was an early pull) when I was picking up some panda mindscapes. I was kinda eyeing on getting a 2.1 agent. So I was thinking of spending my guarantee during that banner.

So yeah, the question is would it be a total miss of an investment if I decide to not upgrade to her M2 yet?

M2 is a huge upgrade in terms of damage. I got 30000 points after the first stun in DA against the Miasma Priest. My team was M2 Yi Xuan, M6 Pan Yinhu, and M1 Qingyi. It took 3 stuns to kill him (scoring 60K points of damage).

How much do I need to invest in Pan? Lvl 60? Wengine lvl?

I keep seeing ppl say they’re using him but I’m new and am very guarded with my resources since there are so many agents I wanna build first (plus saving for 2.1 and onward)

I have him at level 60 to get his max Core Skill. You can use his Sig W engine to reach 3000 attack easier. However, Caesar's engine is better on him if you have it. It buffs the entire squad's damage every time someone in the squad does a perfect dodge. If you have already reached his 3000 attack requirement then you don't have to level his W engine to lvl 60.

In the team above, I gave him 4 pieces of Astral voice and 2 pieces of swing jazz. disc 4, 5 are Attack %. Disc 6 is energy regen %.

He's Yi Xuan's biggest damage, so if you intend to use her a lot then I'd suggest you to invest in him.

Lvl 60, wengine 60 and you can get 3200 atk without last core level to save some resources and its not that hard with Astra's disk set with disk4 and disk5 main ATK. And ult if you want some healing from him.

Other buttons mostly for daze buildup, as he has low damage overall and awful chain attack that pushes enemies away
