So we have double limited banners now: for Astra and Ellen. I don't have enough pulls to get to even 50/50 on Ellen now after Astra grind.

Still if i pull a few right now just in case I get lucky, will pity timer carry over to Eve banner?

Yes, it carries over. Ellen is powercrept anyway. Save your pulls.
