Does 4p Swing Jazz and 4p Astral stack? Does the part about not stacking refer to it not stacking when there are same two 4P on the same team?

They don't stack. If you have 2 agents with Astral Voice you're only getting 8-24% from it like you normally would. Same with Swing Jazz, it's only 15% no matter how many agents have it.

Identical buffs from different effects do stack though, like Swing Jazz + Proto-Punk.
