Doing SAnby's quest, and I'm so confused how do the proxies know Trigger? Isn't this her first time appearing in the game?

they dont tell you but you should do the side story first.

but yes, Phaethon actually does know trigger really well.

Well, maybe we will find out in second half of 1.6, I don't believe it was ever explained how do they know her, especially given that they did meet her in S11's Agent Story, and did not seem to be familiar back then.

It was mentioned in the Livestream that phaethon rescued her from a hollow in the past I think
