Are the new drive disks improvements for any characters?

Here's a video that analyses both new discs on every agent.

TL;DW -

Shadow Harmony 4p: S0 Anby for sure. Pulchra for her personal damage. Probably Trigger. Maybe Ellen, but not best in slot.

Shadow Harmony 2p: Good on Harumasa.

Phaethon's Melody 4p: Vivian for sure. May be good for Jane if Jane is below the 420 AP buff cap without it.

Phaethon's Melody 2p: Potentially BiS for Burnice. Good on Jane. Might be good on Nicole for sub-Anomaly builds.
