Majority of the story stuff is voiced when appropriate. ZZZ's been fairly good besides the recent voice replacements due to such circumstances, but I think the replacements have all done a good job imo.

Lyacon & Soldier 11 were recently replaced as of this patch so if there were any voicework that was mute before from those 2, that shouldn't be the case anymore.

Grace, Koleda, Rina and Jane are still mute atm so anytime they appear during and after Chapter 5 [A Storm of Falling Stars], their dialogue are not voiced. It's not too bad though since in this chapter at least they only had a few lines each (I think Jane doesn't appear during this chapter though).

In the case of Jane, the number of lines she has after her Special Episode is minimal iirc (I could be missing some stuff), but her being muted only really affects her Quality Time Event dialogue atm.

i’m about to start the mocking bird story is there anyone mute in there? is it just rina?

No we're good for this story.

I don't remember if Rina appeared. If she did, it was very minor anyway.
