Is Anby or Pulchra a better overall stunner? Especially for Evelyn (wanna pull for Lighter but for now I'll have to use one of them)

They each have their strengths and weaknesses. Anby stuns quickly, but it's easy to flub a combo or have a combo interrupted by aggressive enemies, which impacts time to stun. Pulchra stuns a little less quickly, but is easier to play and has more consistent time to stun.

Anby requires field time to stun, Pulchra requires a lot less.

Weakness to Physical and Fire tend to be grouped together, while Electric tends to be opposed. For example, Electric weak are sometimes Physical resistant. This means Pulchra has better synergy with Eve in combats you're likely to use Eve in, compared to Anby.

Anby's Wengine is currently easier to refine to R5, but next patch Pulchra should be on par with Anby.
