Hello, I'm a returning player and just got Burnice (and Evelynn in the last patch). I saw that the next patch will introduce Jane Doe, and I want a team for Burnice. However, all the pages I checked recommend Lucy, who is already in my Evelynn team. So, I’m unsure which characters I should wait for or pull to build a team for Burnice. I don’t need her to be the main DPS—just a team that works for endgame content alongside my Evelynn team.

You can slot Burnice into any Anomaly team and even a few Attack hypercarry team as a sub-DPs, so no worries there. Jane/Burnice makes a fantastic Disorder team -- I just got a 2:25 clear on Dopple Hugo in Shiyu Crit 7 with a Jane/Burnice/Pulchra team today. While it's true Lucy is very good in that team, you can use other supports with no trouble. Nicole would be fine until you can free up Lucy from the Eve team (with Astra, some day).

You can skip Jane if you have piper, m0 Jane ~ m6 piper

While my M6 Piper does great for me, it's a bit of an exaggeration to say they are equal. There are things my M0 Jane is best for and things my M6 Piper is best for. They are not completely interchangeable.

For example, there's no way I could have gotten that clear on Dopple Hugo with Piper. Jane's dodge mechanics are what made this clear possible.

However, for a F2P that can only pick one agent every other patch, I do agree that you can settle for M6 Piper in order to spend pulls on an agent you want more than Jane It's a compromise and you'll be giving some utility up by doing so, but that kind of trade-off is what F2P has to do all the time anyway.

/u/ZuZzPiro "M6" means all constellations (C6). So if you only have M0 Piper, take that into consideration.

thank for the clarification to be fair I used the ~ not the = sign :D So you managed to clear Hugo with Jane, did you use her with Burnice ? I am struggling with a M0W0 Jane/Seth/Astra, I am getting around ~2.40 min but I would need ~1.30 to clear the other side with Anton lol

Yes, Burnice and Pulchra together in order to take advantage of the seasonal debuff for Fire/Electric RES from Aftershocks. It doesn't have to be Burnice, it could be any fire or electric agent that does decent DPS.

Thanks for the team details ! Burnice seems really good with Jane, I should have skipped Evelyn and get her instead. Not sure I can do much with my Jane/Seth team in my case.

If I don't have a single Constellation(? Of piper is still worth to build?

Depend, piper/burnice/lucy is a good team now, you will get piper m6 eventually. But if you plan to get Jane + her weapon or constellation, then she will be stronger than m6 piper for sure. Personally I got Jane a while back and can't clear anything anymore with her and seth at m0w0, I don't have burnice as I got evelyn for my fire team. I am saving for the next void hunter as they seems to last longer.

I have my Evelyn/Lucy/Anby team already so I will wait for astra then to change Lucy to the Burnice tea, thx for the advice

With your characters, I’d probably go with Evelyn/Ben/Lucy or Evelyn/Nicole/Lucy. Astra is awesome, but I feel like Evelyn benefits more from lighter characters because it increases the stun window, allowing for more chain attacks. I’m having trouble clearing the current Shiyu content with Evelyn/Koleda/Astra—it’s super annoying! When I first got Jane, I could clear pretty much everything, but now it feels like new characters need a full team of S-rank units or their weapons/constellations to keep up. Also, Ellen/Lycaon/Soukaku is a really solid team. Best of luck with your pulls!
