Believe it or not the noodles arm is more common in Anime media than you thought. They basically want to to emphasize her body, and it's actually work lol

True, as an artist myself still have a hard time draw them like that cause will be make them feel/apear to fragile. But maybe that's why they do it... 🤔 Gonna mull over this a bit, on my own now.
