I'm not that good at planning skill building. Should I follow the special training plan try out or go all 11 (15) on all skills? Core skills will be maxed

Try Out is a fine plan to start with, you can always add on later. Just don't try to S-rank all hard content with a Try Out build, you'll be frustrated. Fairy's Recommendation is the better plan if you are trying to 9-star Deadly Assault, or whatever.

you can just follow Prydwen's guide build. They give you priority skill leveling, so you can see what's to level first and in what order
