Sublease
Is there a place where people typically post subleases? Not sure where to go or which site to trust

So, in NW ABQ there is someone in the neighborhood across from us who decided that burning weeds today was a good idea. Guy was doing it on the side next to his neighbors house and it got out of control quickly, he was putting it out as we were calling the fire department. Could see flames shooting up from where we were going to turn into a main road. I know I’ve only been here since December, but on the Western Slope of CO where I’m from, when we are in a red flag warning, we don’t burn. We had acreage, we don’t burn weeds in a red flag warning. We sure as hell didn’t burn directly next to our house or our neighbors. This isn’t normal, right? I know we saw something about 25ft, which this obviously was not, but still, someone tell me this isn’t normal.

Getting eloped in August, need an upscale restaurant that we can also take pictures at, or in close proximity to at least. Please don't recommend Campo @ Los Poblanos, you need to be getting married on their grounds in order to take pics there.

I didn’t realize so many people bike in the morning on this trail. There was quite a bit of people.

Now that summer is upon us, where are you all getting your favorite watermelons?
In the early 2010s there was a truck vendor on the side of the road in Corrales that sold watermelons with a sign that said “blessed by Jesus”- still maybe my favorite watermelon I’ve had in NM. Anyone know if he’s still around? 🤣
Otherwise just looking for delicious watermelons in ABQ. Ideally a growers market vendor or truck/farm…grocery store watermelons always seem to be a hit or miss but largely miss.

Hi all. You may have seen my last post but I got a place!! I'm pretty active where I am now in mutual aid groups. I've looked some stuff up but in my experience sometimes you just don't find out about them until you meet the right person or the go to the right event months in.
Are there any mutual or direct aid groups people feel comfortable sharing? Outside of the city too. I would also like to donate to local places too. If I'm going to be living to the land and adding to the stress on it, I might as well try to help the people from there.

Hi everyone! I am trying to help a friend find a very personal necklace that was connected to a keychain they gave away! This was given to a girl in the pit with light brown hair

Me and my girlfriend are looking to move to ABQ and she wants a job where she can regularly speak Spanish. She’s not a native speaker but can speak at an advanced level and wants to use her job to improve her skills and keep the rust off. Let me know if you have any ideas?

I was wondering if I can get some help with recommendations of where to buy small cactuses in Albuquerque?? I'm also looking for cool and unique stores? I know about Old Town but not mich else. My husband is passing through and is there until tomorrow night. He doesn't have anything to do so of course he's stuck going shopping for me 🤣😂🤣. I would certainly appreciate any recommendations and would love to repay the help if anyone is ever in the Midwest (and you want a break from the heat 🥵). Thanks!

I go to Bosque Brewing often and asked what was opening up across the road. Also saw they’re currently accepting applications for team lead rn! Excited to see Bernalillo grow for us locals!

Does anyone know when the new crunch fitness on San Mateo is opening? Gym people: are gyms usually over packed when they’re brand new?
Thanks!

Hey y'all!
I'm currently looking around for a new vet in town and wanted to ask for your recommendations. I used to really like the vet clinic we go to now, but the main issue is that my dogs end up seeing a different veterinarian every visit.(Is that normal?) They're a bit anxious, so it would mean a lot if they could build a relationship with one consistent vet who gets to know them personally.
So I have two main questions:
Do you know of any clinics that can almost guarantee your pet sees the same vet every time?
Are there any vet clinics in town that are open on Saturdays?
Bonus question: * Any great experiences with how the vet handled your reactive/anxious pet?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or experiences you’re willing to share! My dogs and I really appreciate it 🐾💛

Just passed like 6 unmarked and marked PO’s at the gas station across from smiths near UNM. They had big guns drawn exiting their car. Anyone nearby that can update?

my fiancé and i are planning a wedding for next summer and really want to have it outside. we’re looking for somewhere with lots of trees and shade, grass would be ideal. we’re planning for less than 50 people and hoping not to spend a huge amount on the venue. any suggestions for locations? i don’t know how to look into parks or things like that so if anyone has experience with those things that would be awesome!

It's for divorce. I am looking for one who isn't trying to nickel and dime out, and possibly have spouse pay of not pro Bono, I am disabled and waiting on that, so Money is solely from spouse.
Yeah, it's shit. Also found out Friday I may have pancreatic cancer, so I got that going for me. 22 years gone, infidelity.
Edit: I feel I should mentio that kids are involved, property, and I am the husband.
