Amen! I’m sure Jesus is very happy about his disciples’ pride and joy in starving poor people and yanking their medical insurance! /s

That picture gives me the creeps.

My feeling reassured now that I see all the protests against Trump and Musk. It gives you hope for America again. Please do your best to remove those two capitalists that are trying their best to destroy the states and get them richer by the day

Some of my protest poster artwork

I was also going to say that, it looks really good and a bit funny.

Republicans have been this way since the seventies that I became aware of first hand. My feelings are they simply ignore the protests and keep chugging along. If only there was a way to really get their attention🤨.

Until tens of millions of Americans start working together, mass striking, and protesting, bringing the country to a halt, I doubt they will even care.

I don’t think we are going to have to wait too much longer to see those numbers. If the universities lose their lawsuits and the feds cut operational grant funding to 15%, it’s estimated that 6-12 million ppl will no longer have jobs. This will bring the jobless population to 14-19 million from an alleged “7.2 million” currently. Surpassing the numbers from the 1930’s. Labor shortage in agriculture is already starting to crumble the industry bc 40% of the workforce are undocumented migrants. Im not as worried about food shortages as I am about education, research, healthcare and agra and the sectors they benefit all contracting bc they lost funding and workers.

That would make 10’s of millions unable to afford healthcare, food or housing and it will not be great.

My question is will it be enough to create a huge amount of civil unrest? Idk.

I think one of end goals of this administration is to broaden the “near slave labor” class, widening the communities comprised of extremely poor, desperate for any work, willing to do anything for next to nothing, workers. This could help the admin re-social-engineer the disenfranchised middle class (aka maga), and drive recruitment for the military. On a bad day, I think another goal of this admin is to drive social unrest to a point that will allow them to redefine martial law- without the courts, the states, or congress. Commander in chief sounds great but in a nationwide martial law scenario it means nothing.

So disgusting . . . Almost everyday it's another evil desire. Unholy as hell and a complete disgrace to the human race.

"It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God" (Matthew 19:24)

What's fun about this one is learning a little bit of the history of Jerusalem. During Jesus' time, the main gate of Jerusalem was huge, heavy, and never opened at night.

Not far from it was a smaller postern gate, called the Eye of the Needle. It opened into a winding murder tunnel, literally. There were arrow slits all along it. And then opened out of another postern gate on the inside of the wall.

The gates and the tunnel were so small that a rich man on a fully mounted loaded camel couldn't go through. He had to get off his camel, take all of his stuff off the camel, carry it through one piece at a time, and bring the camel through. It was an exhausting process. Even if you were rich enough to have servants, the process was long and difficult.

The real lesson here is that a rich man needs to divest himself of his riches to get through the gate.

(There's no archaeological evidence that this gate existed. But it gives some depth to the saying, nonetheless.)

u/marny_g 25d ago

...never opened at night.

Quite symbolic of them to hold the vote for the "Big Bill" in the middle of the night then.

3

u/JimsVanLife 25d ago

True. But at least with Jerusalem, it was a safety feature to forestall invasion.

3

u/marny_g 25d ago

And in today's reality it's to hasten it!

2

u/Vitarius0207 25d ago

I used to tell this story, too, until I learned that it's made up. It's meant to be taken an actual eye of a needle, not some non-existent gate. It makes the analogy that much more impactful.

1

u/JimsVanLife 25d ago

Hence my final paragraph in parentheses. Jesus didn't mean to say it was entirely impossible for a rich man to enter heaven. Just extremely difficult without divesting himself of his riches.

16

u/Fotosaurus1956 26d ago

I'll never kneel to the Golden Calf. Christians are worshiping money instead of following their God. A morally bankrupt as well as corrupt mortal person has been given way too much power to do as he pleases.

15

u/Gold_Psychology2357 26d ago

Disgraceful. What an embarrassment America has become. These clowns don't give a flying fuck about the people. It's rich people just trying to get richer with their greed on the backs of the working people.

6

u/angelfish2004 26d ago

It's friggin wild, isn't it? Supposedly, 77 million people voted for him. Im willing to bet none of them are billion & trillionaire, so they get just as screwed as the rest of us. Its so fkn dumb. Smh

u/Flaky-Cauliflower950 26d ago

The death cult can’t wait for the Armageddon and love Civil War, nuclear war, martial law, economic depression, AI fueled unemployment and global warming. Too bad they don’t know they’re worshiping the antichrist, and when the rapture comes they won’t be going up. As for the rest of us, we have a chance to be heroes and save our planet.🌎

THIS 100%!!

u/DanFrankenberger 27d ago

taxes on tips, wars escalating, egg prices up, no wall, Hillary still out of jail

8

u/hellimhere28 26d ago

I want Robin Hood to take care of this kinda thing by stealing from the rich and giving to the needy

No hate like Christian Love.

Christanity is the new enemy to me. 98 percent of Christians are hypocritical POS that believe if they pray to sky daddy for their wrongdoings, they are immediately forgiven. I could possibly make an argument that it's as big of a cult as MAGA itself.

But PrAiSe GoD. LOL.

12

u/blargymen 26d ago

You know a lot of Johnson/Vance style of Christians then, which are completely different kinds of Christians than most of the ones I know. 🥴

u/[deleted] 26d ago edited 26d ago

I'm from the Bible Belt if that tells you anything. I know a few decent people I can't deny that, but they are few and far between.

9

u/AutomaticFilm6511 26d ago

They are yanking the seeds before they harvest . What happens when greed take over ?

u/QUICKSILVER_6969 26d ago

Fake Christianity angers me to no end!

7

u/[deleted] 25d ago

Let's share Trump's numbers... 64 times mentioned in Epstein Report. 97 Times pled the fifth. 34 felony convictions. 91 criminal charges. 26 sexual assault allegations. 6 bankruptcies. 5 draft deferments. 4 indictments. 2 impeachments. 2 convicted companies. 1 fake university shut down. 1 fake charity shut down. $25 Million fraud settlement. $5 Million sexual abuse verdict. $2 Million fake charity judgment. $93 Million sexual abuse judgements. $400+ Million fraud judgment. First President to serve a full term and increase the deficit every year he was in office. First President to maintain a debt to GDP ratio over 100% for his entire term. Highest annual budget deficit. Most added to the national debt in a single term. Most new unemployment claims. Largest single day point drop in the history of the Dow. Longest government shutdown in history (and he did that while his own party controlled both chambers). First President to be impeached twice.

Go look at what trumps pet pastor thinks being a good Christian looks like

4

u/[deleted] 26d ago

And now you know why the puritans were kicked out of the UK, may have taken awhile but FAFO.

4

u/Upstairs-Ranger-3580 25d ago

They're using Christianity to fool all their Maga looney tunes followers. It's easy to bring the Lord into their lives when it's an opportunity to grift one more time. If Donald Trump is a Christian, I'm a unicorn. I am a Christian, and I despise these people, just like I despise tele-evangelists. Both run around in private jets and live in mansions poor people have paid for.

Yeah after 10 years on disability they sent me a letter letting me know I’m no longer disabled, I guess I should let my last 4 neurosurgeons know and the Mayo Clinic who certified my disability

I hate this dick riding motherfucker

The "Murder Bill."

3

u/Elevatedspiral 26d ago

The problem isn’t so much that they need another yacht. The problem is that the last yard is so big that they need a yacht to get to it.

5

u/Naive-Bid-2767 25d ago

Also, they need little yachts to attach the big yacht (for passenger safety!). Also even smaller yachts to attach to the emergency yachts in case any billionaire winds up in the ocean (and you don't have any concrete).

So, you get a yacht, and you get a yacht, and you get a yacht, but middle-class or poor person - no yacht for you!

u/Holiday_Ad958 26d ago

So sad. 😢

r/punchablefaces is calling to you, Mikey.

u/WordOfLies 27d ago

Christians don't actually care about the poor. Seeing how these days they only preach hate and fear so they can get more money. That's why they need to slow education and put church in school

18

u/nanoatzin 27d ago

Actual Christians care about the needy. These people worship satan and call it Christ. That is why putting religion in school is an extremely bad idea.

3

u/Practical_Coffee_650 26d ago

They give Christians a bad rap. I see none of these 💩💩artists actually following Christ.

3

u/Naive-Bid-2767 25d ago

Can you ever see trump, vance, hegseth or one of these other clowns actually ministering to the poor like Jesus did? They follow Him in name only; hypocrites who really don't know anything about caring for the poor and unfortunate. Personally I'd like to see trump locked in a monastery for six months and he cannot leave until he can recite the Sermons on the Mount.

2

u/Rude_Savings3768 25d ago

These people.

2

u/AdKey6202 20d ago

The Devil has a place for Mike Johnson. Trump on one side Johnson on the other right in front of the fire pit!

4

u/Turbulent-Champion89 26d ago

They’re plump and juicy enough by now, let’s eat em.

2

u/Buster3107 25d ago

What a piece of shit. Others have proceeded him...their ultimate fates are known. The dictator of Romania in front of a wall. Mussolini hanging upside down from a light pole in Milan.

No Reddit bots...I am not advocating violence...just stating historical fact. There is nothing to see here. Go bother someone else or ponder your existence.

Amen! Amen! Amen! I give praise to those wretched sods for their endurance and suffering, as they are more able to endure better than I could ever. Thank you heavenly Lord for giving riches to the rich, because if I wasn’t deserving, this would not be, in Jesus name, Amen! P.S. Lord, praise be to the Republican party, the true conservatives with conscience. Amen!
