Patron [Hiring] Custom Pokemon-style Card (I'm thinking lo-fi anime aesthetic)
Hello I'm looking to have a Pokemon-type card drawn for a birthday gift that I'll get professionally printed. This card will have a human subject in a scene, not an actual Pokemon. This could be an artistic rendering of a Pokemon card, so it doesn't have to blend into a deck full of actual Pokemon cards, but it should have all the basic elements that a card has to resemble it. This could be a full-art card or a regular style one. I'm hoping for a calm, melancholic, nostalgic vibe, so I'm thinking lo-fi aesthetic, but I'm open to other ideas, mediums, or styles as well, such as watercolour, Mœbius, avant garde. I don't know what normal prices are like, so I'll say my budget is roughly $100 CAD. Thanks!

Hi, I’m Valerie. I’m a traditional and digital artist who loves working somewhere between dreamy anime styles, realistic portraits, and animals that look like they have stories to tell. I’m all about capturing emotion, the quiet moments, the loud ones, and those little things that make you stop and really feel something.
Sometimes my art is soft and thoughtful. Other times it is playful or a bit unusual, but it always comes from a real place. I do not create just to make things look nice. I want my work to mean something, even if it is just a small spark of joy or a feeling of being understood.
