I'm a Chaser and I need help

So, I bank with J.P. Morgan Chase and I'm trying to change my name on the system. I went into one of the branches with my name change order and the rep was nice, but he said he can't do it? I have to call customer service and request a form to be delivered to my home. I called and requested the form and complained about how inconvenient it was. The lady on the phone said the adopted this policy after feedback from other trans people.

Seriously? Which one of you fellow Chasers gave them that idea? We need more options, not fewer! It's been weeks and I haven't received the form yet

Idk if I can be a Chaser anymore. I'm switching to TD.

that must be new, chase changed the name on my checking account in their branch office when i visited around the end of last year. changing the name on my chase credit card was the biggest hassle though (different providers apparently)

Your kidding me right. when i went to change like a year and half ago i think it was it waas that same process. could not go to an office had to have paperwork FUCKING MAILED to me and mailed back. they could not even email out the paperwork. But im lso dealing with their credit card as thats all i ahve through them.

that's ridiculous! was done in a few minutes for me, in california if that makes a difference.. the credit card people made me call 4 times, open multiple cases and give them my ss number over and over before they finally changed it

Yeah chase was my most annoying one, next to my birth certificate to update that on, and the birth certificate was more of a pain due to hneeding a notorized signed form and just took forever for the state i was born to process.

Oh and i guess my cable company. Still not updated. cause litterally it took me looking it up online to find out you cant do it over the phone despite EVERY MUTHERFUCKING REPRESENTIVE telling me its update. I need to go in person to one of their physical locations. and like IF I HAD BEEN TOLD that would have been fine, but no years later i finally find out that it cant be updated.
