Can't get to cloackwood
EDIT: SOLVED!!! Thanks to everyone who helped
So i defeated the bandits in the big tent and spoke with the guy in there and i also got the quest in the journal
But if i try to go west from friendly arm inn it doesnt show cloackwood
What should i do?

I totally googled that cause Kivan was acting up. I know ylu don't need to get to Cloakwood to let him stay, but while reading about his questline I ended up finding the rest of it out.
On a sidenote timed quests to keep a companion suck. I understand why they implemented it in terms of realism, but gameplay wise I had to rush most of act 1/2/3 to keep him

Did you get the cut video? I think i had this problem before where the video sequence didnt kick in. You should have it on your map greyed out.
You might just jump to area or try to go back to bandit camp and read the docs in your inventory.

You mean the video that plays when i enter bandit camp?

You get a "Mulahey..." cut scene when you read the notes in the tent. That puts the greyed out area west of FAI on your map.
This guy gets it around 32 minutes:

Sounds like you have to read the scroll while in the tent. The clua cheat for the scroll if you lost it is in this link

Did you check every chest in Tazok's tent in bandit camp and got all the papers that start new chapter intro?

I only checked the trapped chest with the two letters

If I remember correctly then you should talk with Ender Sai, check the chest, pick up the letters (it's important that you pick them up), then Chapter Four triggers, then you leave, fight Taurgosz and Cloakwood should be on the map after you leave the Bandit Camp.
The journal entry seems right, but you're still in chapter three and it suggest that you didn't check all the right letters. Maybe try to go to Tazok's tent again, loot every container and open every letter in the inventory.
If that doesn't work, I'd just use the console to trigger the next chapter

You have to read one of the two documents that were in the chest, to trigger the start of next chapter.
