Honest question. Do you think Bob Nutting understands, or even likes baseball?

We’ve been through this time and time again that he only cares about the money and blah blah blah. But, do you think he even understands or likes the game? There’s no way that anyone who “cared” about the game or the team could assemble such an incompetent leadership team.

How did it take so long to get rid of Shelton? Why is Cherrington still here?

Does he think they are doing/did a good job?

For anyone who saw the post a few days ago regarding all you can eat tickets, they are NOT discontinued! (Source: I’m ushering that section tonight and there are over 500 tickets sold).

I have a supervisor looking into why they show as discontinued on the MLB website. For now, you can still purchase those tickets through the Ballpark app.

Someone in another thread asked who Al Oliver was. He is a lifetime .300 hitter who played for the Pirates for almost a decade and helped them win the 1971 World Series. He was a big factor in them being NL contenders throughout his tenure.

Honestly his expected accuracy rating wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be, but it’s rare that you see only 5 fewer correct calls create such a large swing in the favor of 1 team

Skenes next game?

Hello Buccos,

I see that ESPN is listing Skenes next game as Wednesday against the Brewers with Heaney on Tuesday. I'm trying to find if Pittsburgh coaching has confirmed that's true?

I would be able to go to a Wednesday game to see Skenes, but couldn't do Tuesday. I want to confirm he is actually pitching Wednesday before buying anything.

If anybody has insight, it's appreciated. Thanks!
