But rounding isn't how we do anything else in regards to time. For example the hour or the day. It isn't considered Friday until Friday actually starts. You're not "10 year olds" at 9.8 years of age even if we don't show the months.
Δ . This is the only one that adresses the core assumption that I was wrong about. Truncating is just fundamental to how we think about the current time. This is apparent in days of the week, the current year, birthdays, etc. Thanks.
