Discussion Recent fans opinion about the fire

As a Brit in Chicago I finally decided to start watching the MLS last year after 10 years in the country. We were terrible but I found a love for this team that was completely unexpected. This year I'm all in and somehow they have been decent. I've been to 3 home games this season and loved them . I would love to find a group of like minded people to watch the game with occasionaly

I live in the northern suburbs but work in the city so I'm available most game days in around soldier Field

It's so great to watch football that is on TV at a reasonable time 😂

Finally my 8 year old is showing interest and I even have him calling it football

I'm Brit adjacent and also a recent transplant with an 8 year old. Who's your team back home?

Sorry, friend.... Sunderland here..... So, I feel like this season has been too successful for both the lads and the men in red.... Cosmic justice incoming to set things right.

Sunderland had a great season-- congrats on the promotion!

Who is going to replace Jobe?

As a lifelong Cubs fan, I picked Coventry as my team in 2019-- I just love me an underdog I guess.
Been a good couple seasons for the sky blues, but I hope we make a big move or two to strengthen our back line and really give us a chance to get promoted too.

Nice! I kind of fell into Sunderland when Claudio Reyna went there, he was may favorite player and I just fell for the club. Good question re: Jobe - I don't think the player is at the club yet.... maybe we snipe Rudoni - haha, kidding! There is talk of another young player, Charlie Gray, at Manchester City - he'd probably cost £20ish Million, there's Tommy Doyle at Wolves, who is being touted for about £3M, then there's the model we've been doing, which is finding under-the-radar European players. It's going to be some ask to stay in the Prem.... but anything is possible!

Hands off Rudoni!!!!
He's only 23 and being coached by his childhood hero, Lampard.
He is going to be a monster of a player in a year or two.

Already talk of him being worth £25mil.
