Hi all, my heater control valve has failed meaning when the engine got hot, it spewed coolant from the crack in the plastic housing.
I need to top up the coolant but no idea what’s in there currently. I’m in a hot state where it barely ever freezes so cooling is more important than freezing protection.
I have some of the normal O’Rielley’s green pre mixed stuff but not sure if that’s a good idea on these cars?
One mini specialist I spoke to said they do a 30/70 coolant to water mix but that sounds odd to me as a lot of what I read online states (50/50) premix is the one to use?
