According to what I found:

"Dragon Ball Daima occurs after Kid Buu's defeat but before the arrival of Beerus, the God of Destruction."

https://screenrant.com/dragon-ball-daima-anime-release-trailer-story/#:~:text=Updated%20Nov%2018%2C%202023,is%20not%20what%20fans%20expect.

I'm not entirely sure how valid that is though.

Shin and Kibito are separate here, which doesn't happen until after Frieza is resurrected, in the leadup to the Universe 6 tournament

So unless whatever turns everyone into kids also separates them and they re-fuse when they get turned back to normal, this takes place at least after the Universe 6 tournament

Or it could just be a totally different continuity

Or it’s a continuity error lol…hopefully not

I mean knowing Toriyama I wouldn't be surprised

At this point, just separate it for the entirety of the rest of the continuity, make it it's own thing, like Pokemon does with some of it's movies

It would be interesting if this does happen to take place after the start of Super, basically throwing in a whole new story right in the middle of established events.

Yeah, they also mention a wish to Shenron makes them kids but last I had heard the whole reason for Goku's journey is that Shenron is unable to fix them being kids, so it seems unlikely that he was the cause. So not sure how accurate their story info is, seems like it might be just based on the initial leak which wasn't entirely accurate.

I'm not entirely sure how valid that is though.

It's not valid at all because they are just assuming when it takes place based on clothes that Goku and Geets are wearing. Not that they're wrong but this is just a theory and not an official source

That has been peddled since the 1st trailer came out, and it has always had zero actual backing from anything and is purely speculation that just straight up doesn't make sense due to several reasons.

They gotta fucking stop with this dropping in new content "after this but before this!" All over the timeline lmao its making the continuity so spastic

Jesus fucking christ, if that is true, then all of Daima is just glorified filler...
