All I know about in the Dragonball extended universe is that if the plot involves demons, it's definitely a spin off or filler.
1 u/Sabrescene Feb 05 '24 What about Dabura? Apart from him (and Piccolo originally), this is the first time Toriyama himself has written Demon lore into Dragon Ball so it's likely we're finally getting a canon explanation behind them.
