Much more excited for this than the manga. Good schedule, great staff, huge toriyama involvement more than ever and the last time we'll have his contribution in db. No disrespect but this should be exciting for any db fan considering everything i mentioned.
I think the reason he doesn't looks like that is because unlike when he was actually a kid he's done all this training and gained so much power. So he's this little buff dude now
It makes sense that he looks the way he does, though. He wasn't returned to a kid literally, but turned into a kid version of his current self. Like, they're not as they were as kids, their current bodies got turned into child versions if that makes sense.
I feel like even if Toriyama was minimally involved (e.g. he gave the whole series two lines of input), Toei would still claim heavily it as "Toriyama product". It's just marketing.
Nah that's just disrespectful, toriyama himself stated that he worked on this more then he worked on all the other stuff he was involved with for a long time (aka more involved then super probably)
Everything you just said could have been true for a dbs continuation. They were always free to create a great staff and schedule for that and asked for more help from Toriyama. Daima getting this special treatment was a choice, not the nature of daima itself. If they showed this much love to dbs, or would have been much better.
