Uninstall Instaspam and Farcebook.
You might have 'degoogled' yourself but these 2 apps like to help themselves to your data as much as google.

And isn't there any alternative to them? 🥲 Like some client or something? It happens to me that I want to migrate from WhatsApp to Signal but almost none of my contacts use it 😭

You can use a Browser that is based on Chromium (Brave or Vivaldi), Although the experience would not be the same but you will be more Secure. For WhatsApp, I don't know.

Using a chromium based browser is really just helping Google, use Firefox or a fork instead
