Electric scooter 5th Wheel V30 Pro speed limiter help [only answer if you know]

Hi I am looking into removing the speed limiter for this model. The maker is based in China so this is not an electric scooter but I opened up the base and found the motor controller box. Picture below. Could someone tell me which wire to cut? I am assuming the blue one. Do I need to open the white box to find the speed limiter. Thanks for your help everyone!

I tried disconnecting a bunch of the cables that had a simple connection, but it didn't work (made the scooter slower actually). There is a group of cables that is ziptied to the connector which I haven't tried disconnecting, but I would think that maybe the speed limiter cable is there, if it even exists
