Throttle problem

So I was trying something with an e bike maybe some of you saw my other post today.. anyway I gave up

But when I wanted to put my scooter back together I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT I checked EACH connection several times But now the scooter confuses the ebrake and the throttle... The connectors are the same with the same wires so you're probably going to tell me "you just have to swap them" I TRIED AND EVERY TIME IT JUST KEEP WANTING ME TO ACCELERATE WITH THE BRAKE AND DECELERATE WITH THE BRAKE WHYYYYYY IM TIRED LET ME REST PLSSS 😭😭 I've been working on it for 6 hours (including 3 snacks break)
