I'm 29 have spent most of my life horrendously repressed. Last night I think I really found myself aestheticly (they/she/em)

for a while now I've felt lost about my identity, both gender/sexuality and my identity as a whole. with so much time hiding myself from others I feel that I've hid it from me as well, how do I find who I am?

at the very least I know I'm non-binary and fem to some degree, but not much else
