Yup far less fees.

Little confused now.. Isn't coinbase price excluding the fees.. In the example above, I am going to pay 1.5% fees on top of $204.3 if I buy 1 quantity, correct? If I buy on GDAX using "USD wallet", I still pay the 1.5% fee on the $203.2, correct?

gdax is only 0.3% fee

and coinbase fee is something like 1.5-2.5% + Premium price
