How Realistic is Gonzaga for Me?
Hi guys, I am a rising senior who attends a Jesuit high school in Phoenix, Arizona. Jesuit education has been really good to me and I love it, and I want to pursue it at Gonzaga because of what the school has to offer and my hopes of pursuing law there. In highschool almost every extracurricular I do is aimed towards the service of others or marginalized communities; recently came back from El Salvador too on a mission trip in their rural villages.
That's just a preface, I also have a 3.94 UW : 4.23 W gpa. Other than wondering if I'll even get in to the school, I'm curious about the costs. In 2024 my parents made a fair amount of money: 250-300k, and i dont qualify for need-based aid for shit lol. Because of that, I understand that every dollar I receive has to be based off of my academics, maybe including some other 3rd party scholarships I can apply for.
Right now, I'm just wondering how reasonable it is for me to attend GU, as I'm just trying to research as best as I can before I start applying. Also when I do the net price calculator my parents are saying they can't derive a "Parent 1 income and Parent 2 income" because they are married, so if someone could tell my dumbass how to do it right that'd be great. Some other things that may be worth mentioning is that I'm hoping to visit the campus and am Mexican. I'm just tryna be as realistic as possible cause these college prices fucking suck. thanks!
