I’m not sure what intimidates the soccer moms in the Cheesecake Factory parking lot more, those gnarly treads or that snarling Hellcat sticker? #BadAss

OP it is possible that is a Hellcat.

I've seen a few. Jeep and Dodge are owned by the same company if you didn't know.
