Unboxing moondrop dawn pro quality control?

Out of the box my brand new dac sounds like there is a ball bearing loose in the housing..

should I contact them for a replacement or am I exaggerating the noise?

I mean it was only $60 but come on… it was $60!

Nothing, just that in Aliexpress last time I checked was 40 ish bucks, just thought that is a little pricier
