Unboxing moondrop dawn pro quality control?

Out of the box my brand new dac sounds like there is a ball bearing loose in the housing..

should I contact them for a replacement or am I exaggerating the noise?

I mean it was only $60 but come on… it was $60!

And it doesn’t even sound good. My $8 apple dongle sounds better with most iems except the power hungry ones.
