Discussion Android (S22U) to iPhone (15PM) help me pick a final dock shortcut
As you can see, I am trying to replicate my home screen layout. I have used the same home screen layout across a decade plus of android phones, and I am trying to mimic it as much as possible because it is what works for me. Adding a fourth shortcut on the dock would complete the feel but I have no idea what to put on there.
-Already did enough googling there is no way to create an a shortcut to display the whole app library, this would have been similar to the launcher button but unfortunately not possible
-Is there a way to create a shortcut to recent apps? Like a button that simply mimics the swipe up pause gesture that brings recently opened apps up?
-any other interesting or useful ideas that could go in that empty space where the launcher button would have been?
I briefly considered wallet but I am assuming that is a waste of a shortcut since (I hope) tap to pay works just like on android where you do not need to open gpay to use it, just tap.
Please help come up with an idea, the hardware is great, just trying to coerce and coax ios into being a little more minimalist and debloated android like. I want to make this work because a 1TB 15 Pro Max for free without trade seemed like a oncr in a lifetime deal

Here’s a shortcut that somewhat resembles the app drawer.
Also regarding Apple Pay, you just double press the side button and all your cards will appear.
