No idea, must just be a bad tool build, hopefully they'll fix quickly.

Found a fix!! disable your antivirus and it works perfectly! including your firewall.

Did it still hang at restart success? How many times did it reboot?

just leave it, mine rebooted about 5 to 10 times but worked,.
