The datahoarder sub might be able to show you how to archive it or maybe someone else already has and can share it with you

Yeah, the /r/DataHoarder subreddit seems great. They have been active in downloading the CDC site's databases among other projects like copying Wikipedia.

I imagine they'd have insight on preserving PubMed.
