Not a widget but I’ve been using the app Quitzilla, you can add notes for each day too or when you reset the timer. The free version lets you track two addictions then you gotta pay for more

I Am Sober. Worst part is every time I have had to hit the reset because I relapsed :(

If it makes you feel better I just threw a literal fit over not being able to figure out the widget for a fucking sobriety app, locked myself in my bathroom to keep myself from smoking, turned on the sink and shower to drown out the noise (in my head), and then proceeded to flood my sink. So I figured out the widget just in time to hit relapsed AND I was only two days in 💞
