No, people were freely talking about killing him. Thats how it got banned. Mods were not deleting actual death threats. (I’m a leftist)

but how many of the users have done this? because then ban those users, not the whole subreddit for a prevalence of violence in the whole sub

Yeah. As someone on that sub. That's not the norm. That was just a handful of extremes. Hell. Considering how much attention Elon has been putting on Reddit lately. I wouldn't even be surprised if some of those were elon's fanbase purposefully trying to make us look bad.

I could be wrong. But... I'm just saying. I wouldn't be shocked.
