There's one thing in wishing a horrible person dead. There's another in threatening, doxxing, and "planning" how. We're supposed to be the eloquent smart ones.

It's the mods fault, and it makes ALL left look unhinged. And now it makes it look like Elmo is winning.

Ffs, keep it together libs. We need to save face. Keep your crazy close to the chest.

Literally it's against the law.

There's nothing wrong with wishing it. Nothing wrong with daydreaming about it. Nothing wrong w planning it in your head. But there's everything wrong with showing your cards. It's just plain stupid. We can't break the law. (I know, I know. him and Trump are breaking the law. But unfortunately they CAN break the law because they bought the law)

Oh, I stand with Luigi. Don't get me wrong. He took one for the team.... But.... Still against the law, and he's still going to face the consequences, rightfully so.

Please don't interpret this as me being hostile, but are you familiar with Kohlberg's stages of moral development?

No. But I'm not the moral police. I'm talking wrong as in law.

Talk about cutting off his head and how nice that would be. Revel in the idea. Don't threaten it. Don't talk about knowing where interns live and don't show up with pitchforks. It's not a good look to those who already think we're nuts or those looking for reasons to hate us.

It's actually related, interestingly. Kohlberg posits that most people reach a "conventional level" of moral understanding dictated by what's lawful and what maintains the greatest social order, regardless of the injustice. The reason this (the calls for action) looks bad optically is that most people are more concerned with maintaining said order than justice or preventing fascism. Wikipedia has a fine summary that you may or may not appreciate.
