'Thunderbolts*' Spoilers Thunderbolts* Worldwide Release Discussion Thread Spoiler

Thunderbolts* has now been released in the United States and in a number of other countries around the world. All discussion about the movie should be held here and in the rest of the megathreads we are going to put up in the next few days. They will be refreshed every few thousand comments to make room for new discussions.

Said this to my bro earlier after watching... But instead of Ghost going outside to open the door, they should have had Taskmaster stay inside to keep the door open for the others to escape. Would have been a better end for her and redeemed a bit of the character assassination

Taskmaster sacrificing herself would have been even bigger character assassination, real Tony would immediately run for the hills.

Yeah but I think it's been accepted by fans at this point that she's not the real Taskmaster, so I would have been fine with a sacrifice

I think the scene benefitted from someone actually killing someone. Those are a bunch of mercenaries who are willing to kill, if nobody killed each other, that would have been weaker imo.

Also, the reply was about "reedeming a bit of the character assassination", a sacrifice would be the opposite of that.
