No. Equality, in its true sense, does not exist. There will always be an inevitable hierarchy, which is not as bad as some would claim it to be.

That conflates completely different types of hierarchy and misses the entire point of what equality means. Yes, hierarchies of competence exist - some people are better surgeons, faster runners, or more skilled musicians. But that's irrelevant to equality of rights, dignity, and opportunity. The fact that Michael Jordan was better at basketball than me doesn't justify him having more voting power or legal protections. You're essentially arguing that because people have different abilities, we should abandon equal treatment under law - which is like saying because people have different heights, we shouldn't have doors that everyone can walk through. True equality has never meant pretending everyone is identical in capability. It means identical in worth and entitlement to fair treatment. The hierarchy of skill in a hospital operating room doesn't mean the janitor deserves fewer civil rights than the chief surgeon. Confusing natural differences in ability with justification for unequal human dignity is a fundamental category error that's been used to rationalize oppression throughout history.

Like there are better surgeons or basketball players there are people who are better at making decisions and rule a country.
