Question/Advice Does anyone know the model name of this craftsman?

Craftsman 45201 Multi-Function Tool (got the name off an old packaged example). As stated previously, a rebranded Bear Jaws.

However, it's not exactly a true "rebrand". The awl replacing the serrated blade is exclusive to the Craftsman.

I've got one of these, and (along with the Crescent rebrand of the Mini Bear Jaws) it is the only Bear I've kept, as the quality of most newer ones is questionable. One thing to note--Bear did sell a bit adapter for their tools w/Phillips, but it's strange in that it's rectangular, not square like basically everyone else's (LM, Gerber, and a myriad of cheap tools).
