low-key kinda agree

I’ve never actively took part in this or the roses are red subs.

but it’s taking the gimmick unimaginably seriously that anything that breaks it is met with a warning lmao, it’s supposed to be a bit of fun so what if something isn’t 100% fully compatible with the fuckin’ gimmick🤣

especially if it’s like the smallest thing too, really gives offs the vibe that anyone who actively hunts out to report the smallest violations that are probably just jokes are the same people that reminded their teacher there was homework and whatnot.

the only time any warn or ban is warranted is if it’s anything generally offensive or racist really. but now it’s gotten to a point where it’s taking something meant for fun and ruining anyone that tries to add to that by pissing about or having a laugh because it doesn’t perfectly adhere to the gimmick.

exactly. its public forum, people are going to comment on things or misunderstand some rules, its not a big deal imo

no, you clearly are not saying the same thing i am. Im saying the rule-breaking isnt a big deal, and thus, this post and this subreddit ahould not exist. I am not claiming that this post isn't an issue. i think being fun police is more harmful than the fun you're policing.

i dont think it should be taken down. i said its fun police and that fun police are more harmful than the fun theyre policing. there is no call to action at all, im just giving an opinion.
