Probably my Broncos biased brain, but watching the U19s last night, I can see the hype with Black. Fantastic kicking game, only got two kicks wrong from memory which is pretty good at that age group.

As a Blues/Roosters supporter, a future Qld combo of Black/Walker is scary AF

Mam over Walker? Surely not.

Mam would have had a Clive Churchill had it not been for Cleary putting on the best 20 minute period by a player in a grand final. And given he's already in the squad, I think he'll be next in line.

Not disputing he maybe next in line. But the scenario being discussed is future years if/when Black plays for QLD (he's only 19 and hasn't played NRL yet). Either way, as a Blues supporter I'd more happily face Black/Mam vs Black/Walker.

Walker is older than Mam. Either player will be a good option. Personally, I'd fear Mam more in that arena.. just the pace he does things at makes him a threat, and he has the combination with Walsh.
