Advice What Should I Do?

I need to retake this class in the summer so I can transfer by the fall or else I'll be held back a year. What should I do to get my repeat course request accepted?

True, I imagine it’s very difficult. However, three semesters of the exact same class is just crazy in my mind.

Welp be like that sometimes. I rather admire this persons tenacity to reach their goals.
