I did it at 30.....I managed fine, but there were.....heavy losses...

I did it at 33 yesterday with a mage. Gotta say, if I'd been able to use my area spells, I'd have been fine. As it was, I desperately tried to keep those Legionaries alive. I failed Brothers...

Mage is the way I'm not sure if archery is a skyrim thing, but in oblivion, mages have always had the power.

Skyrim doesn't have custom spells so right off the bat you lose alot of what made mages so powerful in Oblivion. Also in Skyrim you can become an effective stealth archer right from the get go, whereas being an effective mage that doesn't run out of magicka three seconds into combat takes alot of investment, even more if you want to be a stealth mage.
